Why We Need Each Other
This week in our Off Ramps series, we discussed the powerful role of friendship and the dangers of loneliness on our walk of faith. Mark led us through Ecclesiastes 4:9–12, exploring how the Bible highlights the necessity of true community—reminding us that "two are better than one." We looked at how our culture often promises comfort and safety in isolation, but Scripture shows that real strength, support, and even joy are found in living life together. Through honest stories and practical examples, Mark called out the silent threat of loneliness and challenged us to pursue genuine relationships, even when it feels risky or awkward. We saw that friendship isn’t just an add-on to a good life—it’s a core way God cares for us. If you’ve been hesitant to open up or step into community, we invite you to reflect on what it means to truly belong and to consider taking a step toward connection this week.
